CEO + Leadership team: working with the full senior team means we spend meaningful time together doing the work (using many tools/tech platforms) - this can be monthly or quarterly partial day workshops/full day offsites

Individual 1:1 coaching: this can be spot coaching, or follow a regular cadence of weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, so you can have real time support from your Coach when you need it

Accountability: A Coach is there to hold you accountable. The work we do together won’t translate into real world results without changing behaviour. If there’s no change in behaviour, then people keep doing what they’ve always done, and you cannot get a step change in results. We can’t focus on the hard edge systems without the soft edge - we need both to make a company really grow.
